🔹 Job Description:
AF Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Team Leader to lead and manage a team in the Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP segment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in team handling.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales executives
Drive business growth in Home Loans / Mortgage / LAP
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Maintain strong relationships with Banks / NBFCs / DSAs
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Must have team handling experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP
Experience in Bank / NBFC / DSA will be preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
