We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Loan Collection Supervisor to lead and manage a team of collection executives. The role involves overseeing collection activities, ensuring recovery targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer handling and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of collection executives (telecallers/field agents).
Allocate portfolios and monitor daily collection performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets.
Guide team members on effective collection strategies and negotiation skills.
Monitor calls and field activities to ensure quality and compliance.
Handle escalated cases and support team in complex recoveries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution.
Required Skills:

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate.
2+ years of experience in loan collections, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience in NBFC, Bank, or Collection Agency preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience handling bucket collections (1–180+ DPD / write-off cases).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to motivate and drive team performance.
