Manage and supervise the telecalling team to achieve sales and lead generation targets
Develop and implement calling strategies for logistics and freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land shipments)
Train team members on industry concepts such as shipping terms, documentation, and pricing
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to freight services, inquiries, and client support
Build and maintain relationships with clients, shippers, and partners
Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity metrics
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and sales forecasts
Resolve customer queries and escalate complex logistics issues when required
