We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team Sikkha Education. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Call and counsel students regarding admission and career opportunities.
Guide students through NEET/JENPAS counselling procedures.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions.
Provide accurate and updated information about courses and institutions.
Handle inquiries politely and professionally.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
