Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team at Webkart Digital Pvt Ltd. The role involves outbound calling, pitching website designing and digital marketing services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to promote website designing and digital marketing services.

• Generate and qualify leads while building a strong sales pipeline.

• Present service features, benefits, and pricing effectively to potential clients.

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversions.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (preferred).

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant telesales experience can apply.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work with targets and handle objections confidently.

• Basic knowledge of website designing or digital marketing is an advantage.
