Job Responsibilities:
Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment end-to-end
Effectively communicate with clients and manage their queries
Source and line up quality candidates using multiple channels
Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.) for hiring
Coordinate with internal teams and work collaboratively
Maintain daily recruitment tracking and follow-ups
Ensure timely closure of open positions
