Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive for herbal products. The candidate will handle customer calls, explain product benefits, generate sales, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers and explain herbal/ayurvedic products.
Generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat sales.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Experience in telesales/customer support is a plus.
