Key Responsibilities
Call potential clients and explain our EPR compliance services.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the sales and compliance team.
Prepare daily call reports and follow-up status.
Requirements
1- 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to build rapport and handle client queries professionally.
