Job Description

TourMate is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.

• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.

• Explain tour packages, pricing, itineraries, and services to customers.

• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.

• Experience in telecalling, sales, travel, tourism, or customer support will be preferred.
