We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up on leads and generate customer interest.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
