We Are Hiring: Collection Partner (Telecalling)

Join our team and play a key role in managing gold loan renewals while building strong customer relationships.

💼 What You’ll Do

Handle loan renewals & interest collections via calls
Ensure portfolio health by preventing NPAs
Guide customers on repayments, interest, and timelines
Maintain accurate records & meet performance targets

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Graduate with 2+ years in BFSI collections/recovery
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of EMI, interest calculations & Excel

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
