We are looking for a Tele calling Executive to join our team at Stg Journey India Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms
Assist in preparing customized domestic and international travel itineraries and quotations
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors for bookings
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure conversion and repeat business
Process bookings and prepare travel documents (tickets, vouchers, invoices)
Maintain and update client database and records
Support promotional campaigns and share travel deals with clients
Address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
