We are hiring a Tele calling Executive to promote and sell Tally Capital Personal Loans. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential leads, explaining loan features, verifying eligibility, and guiding customers through the application and disbursal process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and explain Tally Capital Personal Loan offerings.

• Understand customer requirements and explain loan features, interest rates, EMI options, and eligibility.

• Guide customers through the loan application process, including document submission.

• Follow up with customers to collect KYC documents and complete formalities.

• Coordinate with internal teams (verification, processing, and disbursal).

• Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer status in CRM.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication.

• Meet daily/weekly sales and conversion targets.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Basic knowledge of loan products and Tally Capital offerings (training will be provided)

• Ability to explain financial terms in simple language

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
