Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and enquiries in a professional manner
Contact leads from the company’s internal database and verified sources

Share basic information and clarify common questions
Follow up with customers to ensure continuity of communication
Maintain call records and update lead status
Identify potential customers through basic internet research when required
