Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to generate leads and connect with potential clients interested in exhibition stall design and fabrication services. The role involves outbound calling, pitching services, and setting up meetings for the sales/design team.
Key Responsibilities
1 Make outbound calls to businesses, exhibitors, and event participants
2 Introduce and explain exhibition stall design services
3 Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads
4 Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/design team
5 Maintain and update customer databases ( Excel)
6 Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email
7 Handle basic client queries and provide relevant information
8 Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Comfortable with cold calling
Basic computer skills (MS Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing (B2B preferred)
