• Explain product benefits in a simple way

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable medicines

• Follow up with customers when required

• Answer customer questions politely

• Maintain basic customer and call records

• Good communication skills in Telugu

• Basic knowledge of using a computer

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
