About the Role
We're looking for experienced and result-driven Tele callers who can effectively communicate with students and guide them toward enrolling in our professional internship programs. The primary objective of this role is to inform, engage, and convert potential candidates into enrolled trainees by clearly presenting the value, structure, and benefits of our internship offerings.
Our programs are designed to transform students into job-ready professionals by providing practical exposure, real-world projects, and earning opportunities. The Tele caller will play a key role in communicating this value proposition and driving enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and communicate with prospective students to introduce and explain Sarathi India IT’s internship programs across various professional domains.
Clearly present how the internship programs help students become industry-ready and improve employability after graduation.
Explain program structure, benefits, learning outcomes, and applicable charges for different internship profiles.
Effectively pitch and promote internship opportunities to encourage enrolment and maximize conversions.
Inform candidates about project-based earning opportunities available during the internship and how they can earn commissions upon successful project completion.
Build trust with prospective candidates through professional communication and consultative guidance.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and enrolment targets.
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to prospective candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or student counselling (mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong fluency in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and pitching abilities.
Proven ability to convince and convert prospective candidates into customers.
Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to clearly explain program benefits, fees, and earning opportunities.
Good listening skills and ability to handle candidate queries effectively.
