JOB DISCRIPTION FOR TELLE CALLER EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as , As a professional in tele calling, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to offer various financial products ie (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan) and generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service.  Your goal is to generate quality leads, and convert into login case and maintain a robust pipeline of interested clients while meeting monthly targets. We are seeking a candidate with a proven tele calling track record and a strong skill in building positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

v Initiating cold calls to potential clients from provided databases to introduce loan services ie (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan).

v Asking pre-qualifying questions to customers to check eligibility (e.g., income, employment status, credit score).

v Explaining the benefits of specific loan products and how they solve the customer's financial needs. To generate lead

v Providing accurate information about interest rates, processing fees, repayment terms, and documentation requirements. Guiding customers on the basic documents required for an application (KYC, Bank Statements, Salary Slips).

v Follow up on every lead whether its approved or rejected.

Required Skills & Qualifications

v Usually, a High School Diploma (12th) or Graduate degree (any stream).

v 0 to 3 years of previous experience as a tele caller.

v Fluency local regional language (Hindi, English, Marathi); clear and persuasive speaking voice.

v Ability to handle rejections, overcome objections, and close the "pitch" effectively.

Additional Information

v Office working: Monday to Saturday (9:30am to 6:30pm)

v Incentive Benefits: After Completing of given Target eligible for incentives.
