Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads for product/service promotion or follow-up.

• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer queries.

• Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.

• Follow up with potential clients for conversions.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain polite, professional, and energetic communication over phone

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
