We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Rivik Rewards. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹8,000 - ₹13,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to potential customers and introduce our platform.
Explain features and benefits of Rivik Rewards.
Follow up and build strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
