Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Person

Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecaller who can make and receive calls from given leads and convert them into bookings. This is a PG / Hostel accommodations where the calls will be received from the people looking for PG hostels.

Work Responsibilities:

Call customers from the given leads

Answer incoming calls

Explain our service clearly to customers

Convince customers and close bookings

Update customer details in Excel

Do basic data entry work

Submit daily work and call reports

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Ability to convince customers

Basic knowledge of Excel and a CRM

Honest, responsible, and target-focused

Experience:

Minimum 6 months experience in sales job is mandatory to apply with a good communication skills.

Experience in tele calling or sales in a Real estate business or a Hostel will be preferred.
