Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead generation Tele Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting an overview of our membership plans, and booking an appointment with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
Provide a comprehensive overview of our membership plans and benefits.
Collect key information from customers.
Book an appointment with qualified customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Job Timing:
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Compensation:
Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in tele-calling is a plus.

Our on hand salary budget is 15,000 - 25,000 plus daily SPIF's and monthly Incentive
