We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller Executive who can handle outbound and inbound customer communication effectively. The candidate should possess strong conversation skills and the ability to engage customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and provide relevant information about products/services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
Follow communication scripts when handling customer queries
Understand customer needs and schedule follow-ups
Generate leads and ensure proper conversion wherever required
Maintain a positive and professional tone while interacting with customers
