We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to support our real estate sales team. The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining property details, generating site visit appointments, and supporting the sales process.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and inquiries.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries related to real estate projects.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly.
Generate and schedule site visit appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain lead records.
Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales is preferred.
Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or telesales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
