We are looking for smart, confident, and result-oriented Telecalling Sales Executives who can deliver software & website sales such as School Management Software, E-Commerce Websites, Hospital Websites, CRM, HRM, and various Business Management Solutions.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
Explain software/website solutions and their benefits clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain follow-ups with customers for closure
Achieve monthly sales targets
Update CRM and maintain call logs daily
Coordinate with the technical team & managers for onboarding new clients
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
Good convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of websites & software services
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Positive attitude & quick learning ability
Qualification
Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred
Prior sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
