· Make outbound calls to customers for pending EMI/loan payments.
· Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
· Negotiate payment terms and provide suitable repayment solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
· Update collection status in CRM/software systems.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during calls.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
· Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
· Fresher or experience in collection, telecalling, or customer service.
· Basic English and Hindi communication skills.
· Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
· Basic computer knowledge.
