Job Title: Corporate Marketing – Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Corporate Marketing – Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and lead generation. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the company’s products or services.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Degree

• Languages Known: Telugu, Hindi, English (any additional languages are an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities

• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers

• Perform cold calling and email outreach to generate new leads

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Present company profile and offerings to prospective clients

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion

• Update CRM with accurate client information and interactions

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions

• Meet assigned targets for lead generation and appointments

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction

• Good research and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

• Ability to work with CRM tools

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Professional attitude and good presentation skills

Preferred Profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Corporate Marketing

• Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
