Job వివరణ

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to join our fitness equipment sales team. If talking to customers, closing deals, and following up feels like a good workout to you—this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, and inquiries

  • Explain gym equipment products, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

  • Maintain daily call reports and lead status

  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for smooth order processing

  • Handle basic customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of telesales or customer calling

  • Ability to work with targets and daily follow-ups

  • Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills

Experience: Fresher or experienced (both can apply)
Location: Office-based
Salary: As per experience + incentives
