Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Caller / Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for pre-sales and post-sales support. The role involves calling existing and new customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Activities

• Call existing and new customers to introduce company products/services

• Understand customer needs and explain suitable offerings

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries

• Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team

Post-Sales Activities

• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction

• Handle basic customer queries, feedback, and complaints

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers

General Duties

• Maintain accurate call records and customer data

• Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets

• Provide regular reports to the supervisor

• Maintain professional communication and company image

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience as a tele caller / telesales executive is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling software)

• Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and convincing skills

• Ability to work from office and meet targets
