Job Requirements:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Acquire and onboard new clients for Demat & Trading accounts

• Explain stock market products and investment services to clients

• Assist clients with Demat account opening, KYC, and documentation

• Resolve client queries related to trading, investments, and account services

• Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, SIPs, and other investment solutions

• Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service

• Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
