We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to generate leads and support our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating a minimum of 10 qualified leads per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Explain company services clearly and effectively.
Generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads per day (mandatory).
Maintain and update customer information in DSR.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company policy).
