Job Overview
Responsible for guiding potential customers through the loan process and converting inquiries into approved loan disbursements by promoting suitable financial products, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers and explain loan options, eligibility requirements, and interest rates.

• Liaise with credit and operations departments to ensure efficient and timely loan approvals.

• Keep CRM data updated and track the sales funnel to achieve monthly performance goals.

• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns effectively.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
