Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Rocket Deals Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Responsible for converting leads into loan disbursements by promoting products, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and convert leads by explaining loan features, eligibility, and interest rates.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth and timely processing.

• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.

• Handle customer queries and objections confidently.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective coordination.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
