Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer needs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
