KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into appointments.

• Explain our overseas education services and programs clearly.

• Maintain consistent and accurate follow-ups with prospects.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong rapport with students.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus).

• Confidence in speaking over the phone.

• Energetic, target-oriented, and disciplined.
