Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, explain legal services, and generate qualified leads for the firm. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling client conversations, and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the firm’s legal services.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Generate and qualify leads for legal consultation services.

• Schedule appointments between clients and legal advisors.

• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Address customer objections and provide suitable solutions.

• Coordinate with the legal and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or any graduate preferred.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

• Experience in legal services, banking, insurance, or consultancy sales is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Professional and persuasive telephone etiquette.

• Confident and self-motivated personality.

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
