Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain insurance products and benefits clearly

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Update customer data and sales records in the system

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Basic to good English communication skills

Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)

Sales experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (in-hand)

Experienced (Sales): Up to ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 (in-hand)

Working Details

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday fixed
