JOB VACANCY - OFFICE EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives on Lead Closure

Working Hours & Days:

9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Telecalling: Responsible for handling JustDial leads, making telecalls, follow-ups, and converting leads into business closure.

2. Complete Recruitment Management: End-to-end recruitment of Security Guards, Security Supervisors, Housekeeping Staff, Gunmen, etc.

3. Database Management: Maintaining and updating employee database, resumes, bio-datas, attendance, and joining documents systematically.

4. Operations Support: Assisting management in day-to-day security operations, client coordination, and staff deployment.

5. Documentation: Excellent in official letter drafting, making quotations, proposals, salary slips, and creating professional PDF documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Any Degree with good communication skills

- Must be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of using AI Tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for office work will be an added advantage

- Excellent in spoken Telugu, Hindi & English

- Must be proactive, well-organized and target-oriented

- Prior experience in recruitment / telecalling / office administration preferred
