Requirements:

1. Must have own Android Mobile with good internet connection.

2. Must have own Laptop / Computer is an advantage but not mandatory.

3. Fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English (Basic English is okay).

4. Experience in telecalling / recruitment / Justdial calling preferred, freshers can also apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming leads from Justdial and do outbound telecalling to prospective clients who require Security Guards, Supervisors, Bouncers, Housekeeping staff.

2. Fix appointments for Operations Manager for client visits in Hyderabad.

3. Responsible for complete recruitment of manpower - Security Guards, Lady Guards, Supervisors, Housekeeping, Office Boys.

4. Post job vacancies on job portals, WhatsApp groups, and call candidates for interview.

5. Maintain Excel sheet of all leads - Client leads & Candidate data.

6. Daily reporting of calls done, leads converted, candidates recruited to Management on WhatsApp.

7. Do follow-up calls for pending leads and pending candidates till closure.

8. Generate new leads through reference and online searching.

Incentives:

- Rs. 500/- per client lead closure (when guard deployed)

- Extra incentive for bulk recruitment closure
