Job Title: Telecaller – Delivery Partner Recruitment

Job Role:
Calling potential delivery partners, explaining job details, earnings and incentives, and helping them complete onboarding and registration process.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to candidates
• Explain job role and benefits
• Assist with document submission and onboarding
• Follow up till successful joining

Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
• Hindi + regional language preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and handle objections

Salary & Benefits:
• ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 + Incentives
• Sunday fixed off
