The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services clearly.

• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

• Update and maintain accurate data in CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Verify and correct customer information to ensure data accuracy.

• Maintain organized digital records for easy retrieval and reporting.

• Coordinate with internal teams for lead updates and clarification of information.

• Generate daily/weekly call reports and performance summaries.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
