Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling • Call Potential Customers To Inform, Convince And Sell The Loan Products And Services • Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business • Accurately Record Details Of Customer's Purchase Orders And Process Customer Purchases • Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Performance • Refer Customer Requests/Complaints To Designated Departments And Follow-Up To Ensure Action Has Been Taken.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10+2 and Experience Range 0 yrs to 06 months. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
