Job Title: Tele calling Executive – Outbound Sales & Installation Coordination
Job Summary: EUNICE ENTERPRISES is hiring Tele calling Executives to manage outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. The role involves promoting broadband plans, booking new connections, and coordinating with the field team for timely installation. Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers to promote Broadband/WIFI services.
• Explain internet plans, offers, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule installation appointments and follow up until completion.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and smooth installation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Resolve basic customer queries or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, BPO or outbound sales preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language(Mandatory).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
• Positive attitude, persuasion skills, and ability to handle pressure.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Work Timings:
• Day shift (Rotational off – 6 days working)
