Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Maintain professional communication with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain call logs and update the system with daily reports.
Meet basic monthly performance targets.
Work closely with team leaders and HR when required.
