Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers who will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our financial services, generating interest, and maintaining professional communication, providing personal Loan.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain financial services and solutions clearly.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain call logs and update the system with daily reports.
Meet basic monthly performance targets.
Work closely with team leaders and HR when required.
