Make outbound calls to customers to explain the products and eligibility.
Handle inbound queries related to loan applications, documentation, and approval process.
Assist customers in completing loan forms and provide clarity on required documents.
Verify customer details and ensure accurate data entry in the internal system/CRM.
Maintain follow-up with customers until loan process completion.
Build and maintain professional communication with customers in Punjabi / Gujarati as per assigned region.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalate complex cases when required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the team.
Maintain productivity and call quality as per company standards.
Provide clear and polite communication in basic English wherever needed.
