You will make outbound calls to invite delegates for our Global Summits, share event details, follow up on interest, and update daily call reports.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calling for delegate invitations & lead follow-ups
2. Explain benefits, pricing and Summit details professionally
3. Maintain follow-up sheets, CRM entries and feedback logs
4. Daily & weekly target-based calling performance
5. Coordinate with Delegate Desk & Partner Team for requirements.
Note-Compensation: Salary + Attractive PLI (Performance Linked Incentives)
PLI based on performance measured through defined metrics paid after the each conference completion
