About the Role
RaazMD is looking for a Sales Executive to counsel prospective customers, convert leads into sales, and support customers throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and counsel leads via phone and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.

• Convert leads into paying customers and achieve sales targets.

• Follow up with customers to improve retention and adherence.

• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support.
  

Requirements

• Strong Hindi and English communication skills.

• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally.

• Target-driven and customer-focused.

• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
