Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through
outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and converting
leads into customers. Freshers as well as experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls
Explain products/services and address customer queries.
Generate sales and achieve assigned targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Open to all candidates
Aae: 20 to 35 vears
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)Good communication and convincing skills.
Prior telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
· Bike: Optional.
Salary & Benefts
Salary: ২15, 000 - र25, 000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Performance Incentives: Up to –10, 000 per month Opportunity for career growth and skilldevelopment.
Working Hours
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
