Customer Success Associate/ Tele sales (Hindi Speaker) – Bengaluru | Work From Office

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 6 months – 2+ years

Male candidates preferred (due to the nature of the role)

⭐ About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and confident Customer Success Associate who is fluent in Hindi. You will be supporting customers in the sensitive area of male reproductive healthcare, ensuring professionalism, empathy, and complete confidentiality at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and order processing

• Provide clear, accurate information about our healthcare services

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

• Resolve customer queries with empathy and patience

• Maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM

• Uphold strict discretion and confidentiality in every interaction

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Work From Office – Bengaluru

• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)

• Any Graduate (preferred)

• 6 months+ experience in Tele calling / Customer Support (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and professional tone

• Strong commitment to confidentiality and customer sensitivity
