Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
Maintain regular communication with customers and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with sales, service, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Generate leads and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Follow up on quotations, orders, service requests, and payments as required.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up and activity reports.
Achieve assigned customer service, follow-up, and sales targets.
